We had to shift the bed to the other room. To charge us for 3 rooms, its not fair.

Should provide for more cheaper food eg. fast food and snack shop.

However there should be coordination between these 2 depts, eg., if a guest has given advanced notice that an extra bed is required, the front office should alert the housekeeping dept about the request. The housekeeping dept should ensure that the extra bed is already in the room before the guest arrives. When this is not done, the guest has to ask for the extra bed. This request is then mistaken as an extra item & is charged to the bill. This cause confusion at the front desk when the guest checks out and he is billed for the extra bed cost which in fact has been included in the hotel room cost. Staff serving in the eateries are also helpful. It would be good if the staff manning the egg station knows a little bit more English to understand the guest's needs as not all the guests could speak Bahasa M'sia. While it is a fact that food cost at Colmar would be higher as compared to h! The complimentary coffee does not taste good. While the room is generally well kept, attention should be paid to its maintenance such as the insect screen. On checking into the room, the staff accompany the guests should highlight how to use the insect screen as this is unique to Colmar. Although the room is 1 bedroom suite for 2, it would be good to provide 4 chairs (instead of 2) in the dining area as the guest may have some friends who are also staying in Colmar dropping by to have a meal/gathering together especially in the night where there is no much activity.

Their promotion rates is RM180 per night. I alway thought HolidayCity has the best internet rate, now I have second thought. How can you convince me to book from you again on my next holiday.
