With the exception of alcohol I suggest that a fee inclusive of all facilities, food and beverages be charged along with the room at time of booking so that guests can then relax and enjoy the facility without having to pay or sign for everything they do or use. More walking tracks in the forest.

The free transport's is too small to accomodate guest in large numbers... Hair dryers should be left in the room instead of calling room service like most of the other resort that provide similar facility.

But I checked in with my two children? Is that mean I had to bring my own pillow next time?)

They were impatience and looks annoying with service request.We dont pay to deserve that ? poor Maintenance.
