the art & craft shop closed at 9.30 instead of 10pm, child was left disappointed. No hairdryer, bathgel is not good to use, must shake hard to get it out. the room is small and the wardrobe door can't open fully as it was placed too near the bed.

It would be wonderful if they can provide more amenities and activities for the children. Very pleasant and my family love it.

Bad Reception : Check in time too long - waited for 3 and the 1/2 hours at lobby, managed to get room key by 4.30 pm. Hotel receptionist doesn't seems to care even though I'm sitting next to the front desk and every 1/2 hours when I ask when the room will be ready she will answer that another 15 minutes.

Food is expensive and during breakfast, place is too crowded and very unprepared staff in managing crowds. Utensils were not available most of the time. Allocation of Room was not proper as I was allocated a deluxe room at the roof top where space is very limited (structure of building hindering our movement) for movement for family of 4. I requested change of room but not allowed due to too many reservation.

Rides to Japanese garden was rough. Swans were few. Bed frame broke upon sitting and had to called your housekeeping to fix. Deco of room is very old and wall tiles of toilet is falling apart. No fresh smell upon entering room.

For sight-seeing and change of environment is okay but for lodging is not condusive. Option for local cuisine is not variable. We have to endure bad restaurant services,late services on food, left unattended to even to make order and we even cancell order due to very long waiting for our food. Furnishing is okay but cleanliness and room service is not satisfactory. We also face problem in checking-in. Despite (very) early reservation, upon reaching, we only get both our room at 5.30 pm. Food is barely okay but the services is terrible - staff seemed to be overworked and hotel restaurant look not hygienic.

I've been asked for how many number of adult and children staying together. Furthermore the statement says that accomodation inclusive breakfast. So my extectation was inclusive breakfast for all my family members. UNFORTUNATELY it was not ! Room service was very slow and terribly poor. I had to ask for 3-4 times just to get the towels and also extra bed. Actually we were celebrating our wedding necessary. But that day really spoilt/ disappoint ourselves !

Service is poor, no conceirge to help with luggage. Breakfast at restaurant is bad & service extremely bad Rooms are good size except living room is too small for 2 bedroom suite
