Staff member was unsure about what food outlets were open. Not helpful at all. It appeared as if she just wanted us out of the way so she could go back to watching television. Very ordinary experience at this hotel. For $116.00 per night we expected quite a bit more than the shabby experience we had. The rooms were non-smoking, however, the occupants of the room next door were quite obviously smoking in their room and also outside their room, which wafted into ours. My husband has a chronic lung condition (he's never smoked) and therefore it's important he's not exposed to cigarette smoke. There was a dirty towel left on the back of the door in the bathroom. All linen and bedding could do with a solid clean. Carpet was sticky underfoot. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a stay of any kind however, the program wouldn't let me continue unless I ticked a category.

Centrally located with excellent service. The room was excellent. I had problems with opening and locking the door, but this was taken care of.
