However, it does have a quaintness about it and it is located in an excellent location. If you are looking for no frills, standard accommodations at a reasonable price, this is the place. I would not hesitate stay at the Claude Bernard Hotel again. Having requested a tripe (for three peopel) at time of booking I specifically requested that there be no cots. On our first night of arrival we were given a very, very small room with a double bed and A COT! We were moved to a larger room on our second night.

Hotel staff very very helpful, made bookings for us, gave advice on places to go. Main reception attendant spoke exceptional english. Really nice room, large windows looking onto the street, had a TV. Bathroom nice but just a shower no bath. Clean, sheets changed regularly
