A Kettle for Tea/Coffee making would be very beneficial

Staff was very friendly; person at the desk spoke excellent English. Only two blocks from Metro Station. Very small.

Very poor breakfast as a 3 stars hotel. I requested non-smoking room but got a smoking room.

Hotel needs to be remodeled. Some rooms you have to share the prive. Room was clean but had not been update in several years.

Room was nice but tv did not work and it would be better to have tea and coffee making facilities.

Breakfasts have no eggs, which is standard at other hotels. One small problem: the telecard does not work with the Internet console (at other hotels it does). We appreciate the A/C! Also along with the A/C comes quietness (even though our street in Aungust does not have lots of traffic). Concierge was helpful and always smiling.

The staff at this hotel is its greatest asset - all staff members are helpful and courteous beyond what any traveller can expect. Rooms were very comfortable.

The staff was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and friendly (even to this American). He was invaluable at helping me strategize how to get to the airport during a general transit strike that day.

Really excellent service, very friendly, very helpful and also upgraded our room !
