The front desk staff is very good and friendly and the location is ok but not the rooms are so terrible.The room was so stuffy i cant stay a nite there where i suppose to be there for 5 nites.The room is so small ..my husband has to pray on the bed cos there is no space for him to do that...

Stay in hotel 81 clasic is good price in singapore. Location also good for family trip visite singapore. A bit far from shopping center if hotel have sutte bus or mini van to some where like sentosa, zoo.., will be better

The thing I like most about the hotel is probably its strategic location. Once you're here, it's easy for you to find eateries, especially for Moslems. They're all within walking distances. The MRT station is also not really that far away from the hotel, so it's easy for us to get to other places in Singapore.

If the hotel has internet access, it would be wonderful. It was a little bit noisy near my room. Every noise is clearly heard. Othrtwise, it was OK. The hotel location, cleaness and services are perfect. Thank you.

House keeping MUST be done in the morning NOT while hotel guests were already asleep in the room. It is VERY rude to call hotel guest at night while they were sleeping asking to "make-up" room. For a single bed, should have smaller room BUT for queen sized bed, should have bigger room.

Service as supplied by reception staff was excellent.Annoyed on return from overseas trip to find that having paid for accomidataion one night that you had notified the agency that we had not shown and charged again on credit card. Room was small but OK for our short stay

The hotel I was told was central and easy to get to. This was not the case at all. When we got out of the metro station, we had to ask someone for help and hardly anyone spoke english. We had to walk through different side roads, across a lond grass pathway and it was very inconveniante to walk to especially with a suitcase. It was not centrall to the city and was a long way out. I was very dissapointed that there wasn't a window. Once the two beds were in the room there was hardly any space at the end of them to walk without knocking the bed.

My Room was on the ground floor and when your staff were talking outside the lobby, which by the way is quite loud, I could not sleep very well.
