Took a little while to sort that out. When we got our room we were put in a twin bed room not a deluxe. We then had to ask for our room to be changed.

Very misleading as tax is always included in total price in NZ, Australia etc ... Room hadn't yet been serviced when we returned to our room after 2pm

We were very grateful that the room was made available to us early in the morning following our very early morning arrival in Auckland after travelling direct from London.
