Well I asked for a family room for 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 11. The room we were offered had only one double bed. I complained and was told that if I wanted to upgrade to a family room I would have to pay extra (40 Ringitts I think). I was also told the problem was with the agents and not with the hotel. I complained some more. In the end the desk clerk gave us a family room at no extra cost. Should have been no problem in the first place as we arrived about 11pm because the plane was delayed and it's unlikely he would have let the room anyway. Result was we used a different hotel for the return journey via Kuala Lumpur last monday night. A deal is a deal. To arrive late and tired and irritated and then to get aggravation with the room isn't really very much fun. Regards James Walsh

The rooms was dirty and run down. There were no coffee and tea making facilities. Only a flask of hot water which you have to ask for. TV had no remote control. Toilet is dirty. No toilet rug. Air-con is centralised and you can't control. In the day , it is very hot and comes night it is very cold. Housekeeping servise is terrible. Very close and got to call a few times. I paid $163 for a room with extra bed and there was no breakfast. For this price, I could have stayed at lot more better places. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Good, staff supportive, weak point ac can't control no complimentary breakfast
Facilities Of the Hotel
This was enough for me as I was not that much time in the hotel. But if you expect to spend more time it is required to have more comfortable. I'm telling this because it should renovate as currently having old and more used facilities. Room carpets and window curtains, TV, and other furnitures are pretty old. The worst thing was facilities in bathroom. Definitly it must require renovation. I was never impressed by them. But your staff was polite and knowledgeable regarding the service I got. Room service also adequate but need to have prompt response. Another advantage of this hotel is location. I would not recommand this hotel to anyone who expect a high standard, though it is adequate for an overnight stay or person who doesnot expecting to spend much time in the hotel room.
phone that can call for outgoings not only incomings.. ironing board, more towels...
The cleanliness of the room is really bad.
Area invaded by street restaurants, mobile shops, etc. Refrigerator froze everything.
