We felt right at home in the hotel. The room was quite comfortable and the location was perfect. The staff was always helpful and tried to give us suggestions and directions, as requested. My only complaint was that I wish that the windows would have opened more. Sometimes it got very warm and stuffy in the room.

Excellent CBD location. Very nice room; plenty of room for five people.

$18 for the breakfast of one apple, a pastry and a cup of coffee is not value for money. The view from the cafe is of the car park - not very desirable. There is totally inadequate shelf space in the bathroom for women to put their make up and toiletries bags.

we will not be recommending this hotel to friends, since locally advertised tv and in-hotel weekend rates for rooms with a view were less than the web rate found in the UK rather than two tiny side windows in each of the two rooms alloacted.

AThe hotel staff and Manager are Excellent. They work very hard to make sure that you are comfortable. Any thing that needs attention is done immediatelyand the staff pay close attention to details. The front dest staff remember you quickly and are very willing to provide help and support for you immediately. The suite was large, roomy, and allowed me to feel as if I had a "home away from home" which is very important when you are so far away.

The hotel's seemed private whilst being so central, it was discreet, quiet and always so clean and tidy: it was a pleasure to stay. Very high standard of decor and amenities.
