Convenient city location OK for the price

The bed may be too soft to handle someone heavy.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise; a real find. We plan to use it again on our next visit to Auckland The room was compack but excellent value for the price.

Room was a bit on the small side and there was no refridgerator which most hotels would have.

Small room but adequate for 1 person. Excellent central location and very good and friendly staff.

Very central, withing walking distance to key areas. Valued the reduced overnight parking facility costs arranged by the hotel. It was adequate for a place to just sleep, not for any relaxing or lounging around! While the room didn't have extras, things like iron and hairdrier could be obtained at reception.

Central location, but-of course-street noise. Too small to accommodate 2pcs of luggage

it was quite noisy as there is a police station nearby and cars went passed with sirens going several times during the night

I had to help a guest carry her luggage(she's old) to the lift as there was no porter to do it..you get very busy during the check-in and out and things get out of hand. the room was small for 2 people with big luggage. however, we were able to adjust to the size. it's good for a short time stay though. I guess we get what we paid for.

Excellent value for money accomodation and great location. Shower curtain was too short and splashed a lot of water onto the bathroom floor. This doesn't bother me but may require unnecessary maintenance for you in the future.

shower hot water tap fell off, hot water temperature to hot, street noise appalling especially during the night, and lack of a fridge, this facility was in every other place we stayed at

Hotel was excellent for our needs. Brd was comfortable but far to soft for cliant who needed a bed with firm mattress.

Very small room. Should be fitted with one signle bed and not with a double.

Bathroom door didn't shut properly, but I was on my own so it didn't matter.

It was felt that facilities and equipment were old. And It was regrettable that there was no refrigerator in the room.
