The staff were exceptionally helpful, but the room was tiny and very cramped. The room was clean but extraordinarily small. The washhand basin was tiny - shelf space for toiletries very limited. The shower curtain didn't quite stretch round the track, so that water inevitably escaped to the bathroom floor.

MOST THINGS WERE AN INCONVENIENCE, ESPECIALLY FOR THE CHEF AND THE WAITRESS THAT WAS ON 9/3/07 AM SHIFT. MAYBE ALTER MENU TO INCLUDE FRESH FRUIT WITH TOAST/COFFEE BREAKFAST. NEED TO ENSURE BEDS ARE MADE CORRECTLY AND LEFT IN AN ORDERLY MANNER, NOT OFF CENTRE FROM THE BASE. LINEN NEEDS TO BE MORE CRISP, SO THAT WHEN BED IS TURNED BACK, IT LOOKS FRESH
