good breakfast Twin room was small

I was disappointed by the parking arrangements, i did not see the notice when i booked my stay that there was a daily charge for parking. I felt the shower facilities were inadequate, the shower head was far to low and could not be adjusted to a suitable height. I am only 5 6" and it was a struggle!

I was unable to access the wireless network at the hotel. Given that I chose the hotel for its location and its wireless network, this was somewhat of a disappointment. other than that, however, it was all good - staff were helpful and friendly, location very good.

There is a youth hostel right next door on the top floor. We had the misfortune of being next to this building (on the 4th floor). We could clearly hear all of the street noise and the noise from the hostel. By 4AM, the hostel noise quieted down, but we were not able to get much sleep. I check small for the room because there was nothing smaller to check. We stayed in this room before taking a cruise, and the room in our ship was more then twice as big as this one.

Staff was very helpful, but I thought I was ssupposed to be staying at a hotel, not a backpackers. For instance, I needed a iron and ironing board. I was told to get it from the front desk, and carry it up to my room myself. This is a job for the staff to do ..not a guest. Bathroom ws so small that one could not sit on the toilet properly as the sink was in the way. felt like room was a converted store room

Good for shorter stays - cheap and clean, privacy is good - so when I return I would consider booking same type of room again.

Satisfaction and comfort obtained for money charged was very good. However, the restaurant service and food choices for tourists especially with vegetarian diet can be improved. Overall room condition was quite good. However, parts of window blinders were broken and anyone could sneak in from outside.

Less leg room for three persons.

super convenient for us as we took the Airbus in to the city and then back to the airport for our flight back to the US. Compact room served our needs well as we were only there one night. Any longer a stay would have required a bigger room for the two of us.

Could hardly fit in the room it was that small.

If the hotel served dinner as well, it would certainly be an added benefit for the guests. 1. Size of the room was perfect for me, however seeing that the room contained 2 beds, probably in the peak season, the room is used to occupy 2 persons and in that case would be a bit crowded. 2. I didn't like the water outlet in the shower. It was fixed to the wall, couldn't be moved around and myself being a tall person, I had to crouch a little in order to be able to shower.

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast! Small but okay.

Pleased to have a heater in the room.
