Staff were very friendly The room was hard to air as none of the windows could be opened, ther ewa sa fan though which helped.

Value for the price, especially since the hotel is pretty much in the heart of the city

the sound insulation isn't good.so as you can hear the noise of the traffic and that of the people in the corridor.

I would like to thank personnel in the counter. They were very enjoiable and helpfull.

We were after a cheap-ish city centre hotel, and that's what we got. The staff were exceptionally helpful, but the room was tiny and very cramped. The room was clean but extraordinarily small. The washhand basin was tiny - shelf space for toiletries very limited. The shower curtain didn't quite stretch round the track, so that water inevitably escaped to the bathroom floor.

THE STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT NEED TO BE REPLACED. MOST THINGS WERE AN INCONVENIENCE, ESPECIALLY FOR THE CHEF AND THE WAITRESS THAT WAS ON 9/3/07 AM SHIFT. MAYBE ALTER MENU TO INCLUDE FRESH FRUIT WITH TOAST/COFFEE BREAKFAST. NEED TO ENSURE BEDS ARE MADE CORRECTLY AND LEFT IN AN ORDERLY MANNER, NOT OFF CENTRE FROM THE BASE. LINEN NEEDS TO BE MORE CRISP, SO THAT WHEN BED IS TURNED BACK, IT LOOKS FRESH

Extremely noisy, bottle smashers and car revers made for very little sleep the night of 23 February 07.

Hotel was in good location, friendly stuff and good money. I strongly recommend to change bed matress. It was very bouncy, not for comfortable sleep.

Central location, friendly and helpful staff, restaurants and shops nearby, busstop nearby. No shelves in bathroom and tiny sink despite sufficient space.

Overall location of the hotel was excellent. Close to stores and restaurants. The room was extremely small and outdated. There was not much room to put our suitcases, however it was clean.
