The room wasn't huge and didn't have air conditioning or many amenities, but it is good value for money and I would definately stay there again. Unfortuantely the hotel has no free guest car park, although they have negotiated reduced rate parking close by. However, this could add up if staying for a number of days.

The hotel was in a central location but rather noisy. Lots of traffic noise through the windows. The room was very small and cramped with barely room for the twin beds. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing exceptional. The staff however were very friendly and helpful. Good value for the one night but I wouldn't have wanted to stay there all week. The Irish Bar a couple of doors down was convenient for food and drinks and had a lively atmosphere.

For longer stays you need quite a bigger room than we had in this hotel.

I don't check the size of the family room. The staff service is really good, and helpful.

We could walk about the heart of Auckland. When we come back, as we hope to do, we will try to stay for 3 nights rather than 1. Very convenient and the Staff are knowledgable. Also, we felt very secure.

The service was exceptional with very friendly and courteous staff.

With such room rate, I can't complain. The staff there are very nice. The room is much smaller than I expected. The smell if the quilt is not good. But the room is clean. I would recommend this hotel to people who want to visit the city, not staying in the hotel. :)
