Busy Hotel

I reserved this hotel for 2 separate weeks with one week break in between. I asked for a non-smoking room, but on the first day of the first week 7-14 Nov 07, when we (my husband and I) arrived, we were given a smoking room. We asked to change the room and the next day we got a non-smoking room which is acceptable.

On the week of 21-28 Nov 07, we were given a free upgrade to a much nicer room. Room size is about the same as we had two weeks prior. It smells fresher, looks cleaner, the bench sofa with a side table provides more room, lighting is warm and the washroom is quite modern.

Noticed that this hotel is very busy with lots of customers coming and going every day and night. Hotel location is very convenient. Will stay in this hotel again next time.

Upgraded the room and was much better. hotel staff helpful, arranged transport to the airport etc. Will sray again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was not very clean looking, had marks on the tiles. shower head needs to be changed.
