Admiral's Bar is located in the basement of the City Garden Hotel.

Yue
The brand new Chinese restaurant
Yue brings you authentic Cantonese cuisine in a chic and elegant setting. With
its high ceiling and more than 9,000sq.ft of space, Yue is characterized by a
mainly cream palette complemented with timber floors and walnut walls, glass and
metal and sculptures and paintings, which conjures up a feeling of coziness and
serenity. Overlooking the lush greenery outside through the floor-to-ceiling
windows, Yue can seat 360 persons and offer two private VIP rooms and four
combinable function rooms, which are ideal for private parties, company events
and wedding banquets.
For lunch, YUE offers a variety
of traditional dim sum delicacies and business set lunch whereas for dinner, it
serves a comprehensive a la carte menu offering a wide range of choices on
authentic Cantonese cuisine plus a fine selection of celebrated chef Kan Chit
Ming's recommended dishes including Braised stuffed Shark's Fin in Bamboo Piths,
Crispy Chicken stuffed with Minced Shrimps and Steamed Egg White with Crab Claw
and Shark's Fin.
Our chef, Chef Kan has 45 years'
extensive experience including 18 years in China when he traveled the country
immersing in the culinary arts. The master first learned his craft from Fook Lam
Moon, the famed Hong Kong restaurant known for serving the most authentic and
premium Cantonese cuisine. He has also held positions in prominent dining
establishments, including one at a Michelin 2-star restaurant.
