City Terraces Cairns is ideally situated for the holiday and corporate traveller, and is quiet and within Cairns' Central Business District. It just a short stroll to the town centre, and only one block away is the Cairns Railway Station and Cairns Central Shopping Centre. Cairns Central caters for all your holiday shopping with a host of first class shops (in excess of 180), as well as an international food court, licensed restaurant, coffee shops and six cinemas in which you can experience the latest in movie entertainment.

Directions

Coming from the Airport by car
Take the airport exit road and turn left onto the main road at the traffic lights. Follow the signs that point you to the city and Innisfail. The route takes you along Sheridan Street through many traffic lights. At the Florence Street intersection turn right into Florence Street. This is the main road south and the signs will say to Innisfail. Stay in the right lane and turn right at the next lights into McLeod Street. City Terraces Cairns is a white colonial style building set back from the street a few doors down McLeod Street on the left hand side.

Coming from the South by car
Follow the Pacific Highway into Cairns. The name of the highway changes to Mulgrave Road. Follow Mulgrave Road into the city. When nearly into the city the street name changes to Florence Street and you will cross a rail line. This is the Cairns/Kuranda railway line. Turn left into McLeod Street at the next set of traffic lights. City Terraces Cairns is a white colonial style building set back from the street a few doors down McLeod Street on the left hand side.
