We used 2 bedrooms, 918 and 919, but the condition on the 919 room is very different. The Air COnd is not working properly, also the jug, and cleanliness. But you have very friendly staff, were looking to find your best service in our next holiday.

Very good location, close to shops and jetty. The gymnasium can be improved with more equipments such as treadmills. I like the extra large bathroom with separate shower and bath facilities

can do with more seats in the lobby area.

very convenient if travelling by sea. close to shopping and food. room is acceptable and comparable to other similar hotels.

provide shuttle service to places of interest at nominal rate get to see the sea view was fantastic. in the wc camode you cud put a shower there instead of getting up everytime to fill water in plastic container as muslims do not use tissue paper

Excellent sea view was appreciated

the staff was the greatest asset of the hotel. the first room we checked into was a disappointment. the main switch to which we put in the keycard wasn't working, the aircon was a little noisy, there was a breakage in the sink and stains in the bathtub. we reqeuested to change room and the reception was very kind to upgrade us to a deluxe room, which was much better. but we were a little surprised to find out that we are not provided toothbrushes and the reception said we need to purchase them. We then called the housekeeping which furnish them to us almost immediately. Overall, the stay was pleasant as the staff made our saty most comfortable. the only drawback was the room and amenities. I wish to compliment the reception staff. with special regards to one lady who was very helpful in getting us a taxi. it was a pity we didi not get her name but she had provided outstanding performance. by the way, she is the one who is pregnant. i would also like to recommend the staff at the alun-alun spa for being extreme!

The hotel provide basic facilities. I find nowdays many of the hotels that I stayed did not provide enough towels specifically hand towels.
