Hotel staffs were very friendly and courteous. I love the location of the hotel as it's just walking distance to the Duty Free Shops.. As it was Ramadan and fasting period, the hotel was a bit quiet. The hotel facilities were under renovation..so we missed the chance to check out the swimming pool and gym! Nevertheless, i'm looking forward to my next trip to Langkawi and staying at Bayview!

Staff not very courteous and helpful - lack of PR and customer service. Need a lot of improvement in this area. 3. Should provide wireless internet service in all rooms. 4. Good buffet breakfast spread. 5. Should impove lobby area, lack of sofas or seats for waiting.

Tv was small & low quality. Only one can of beer (practically not sufficient ) reserved in the freeze.

Had requested a King size bed, but was provided with 2 single beds instead.
