The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and quiet. The only meal I had was breakfast, which was fine. The hotel is in the middle of Auckland and most parts of the city are within easy walking distance.

Staff were excellent. Will stay again when visiting Auckland.

The problem being the service which is very slow: you have to ask many times to get something done, and even then it is not always done. Nice room. The remote control didn't work and although asked for a new one, nothing was done.

My husband and I have never stayed in such nice room, what a beautiful view of the Skytower. We appreciated the tea and milk.
