The hotel staff were courteous and gave a very good impression. The hotel room was very comfortable with good amenities and infact was beyond my expectation.

Location of the hotel is very strategic prroviding good selection of shops and restaurants.

I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

This is my fourth visit to the City Life Hotel twice on business and twice on vacation. It is a wonderfully warm and welcoming environment for the traveller and from my prospective of Auckland being half way around the world from my home it is always a place you arrive at exhausted. From that point of view it meets all our requirements

As I only stayed one night I didn't experience many of the hotel's facilities.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and quiet.
The only meal I had was breakfast, which was fine.
The hotel is in the middle of Auckland and most parts of the city are within easy walking distance.

We were upgraded to a suite - lovely, but the bathroom was very small.

Very impressed and happy with service and Accomodation. Staff were excellent. Will stay again when visiting Auckland.

Had one dinner in the dining room, not impressed with the quality of the food.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Auckland. The problem being the service which is very slow: you have to ask many times to get something done, and even then it is not always done. Nice room. The remote control didn't work and although asked for a new one, nothing was done.

The entrance is a little hidden. My husband and I have never stayed in such nice room, what a beautiful view of the Skytower. We appreciated the tea and milk.

Well I would say that for the last question wouldn't I?

I was surprised that there was not a telephone conection at the desk to enable me to plug my laptop in. No power point within easy reach of the desk either
