location is between MRT and moto , looks like convinience , but always take you ten min's walk to get.
the bed in room is so great!! so big and comfortable,i think everyone will like it!
the staff is also nice, always smile to u like friends.

The hotel looks modern and is comfortable for stay. The buffet breakfast is great but seem to lack service staff. The table setting is slow and foods are not refill quickly.
Overall is happy with this hotel and is of reasonable rate.

The value for money is not as good comparing with hotels like Vistana which has cheaper rates with a better ambience, hygiene and overall quality. I would rate this hotel as "average" in its category. Mixed feelings for hotel staff. While some junior staff are very helpful and welcoming, quite a few of the receptionists are quite uptight and devoid of warmth. However, there are a couple of good exceptions. The business centre staff and amenieties score a high rating as the same is very well managed. Staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. The facilities are good.

We spent 4 nights at the Citrus and were quite impressed with the hotel and the staff. We enjoyed a cooked breakfast every day.

The location was very suitable for us as we used the rail link on many occasions. We also ate at the many local stalls close by.

We had a slight problem with power cutting out and a problem with the toilet but as soon as we rang reception they contacted maintenance and the issued were solved.

I think I just liked the hotel and the services provided
I will surely recomend this other people. As a matter of fact I have been doing that lately

We paid for a room with a view of the Petronas Towers and got a room with a view of backyard roofs!

We arrived tired and worn out, but the friendliness of our welcome soon cheered us up. My grown -up children really liked the use of the executive lounge. it has an amazing view of the towers. The pool and gym were superb. This hotel has recently been remodelled with a crsip modern feel. The food was excellent too, but most of all we will remember the lovely people who work there. One point, the taxi drivers generally had no idea where it was, as the name has changed ! they soon figured it out with a look at our map though. Oh, and a bar would be a good addition to the facilities too.

We found upon arrival a pleasant surprise at the apearance of the hotel lobby and felt comfortable with our choice from then on. Our room was very clean and bright and was certainly as the brochure indicated. We were very happy with our room. Staff at the hotel were very courteous at all times and were pleasant and helpful every time we made contact with them. We have one suggestion and that is the breakfast. The food was not kept hot as the warmers were left open by staff and visitors. Also the breakfast food that should have been hot did not include much western type food. The hotel location was very good and we used public transport to get around. No problems at all. A very enjoyable stay and if travelling to Malaysia I would stay at the Citrus Hotel again.

relatively easy to find, nice that it fronted onto residential areas, we did not explore the region much so can not comment on that. good simple design, stylish

no service at swimming pool, no even a towel available Internet very slow

is very good to have a wireless access.
