Breakfast vegetarian food provided not tasty and not enough varities. Room size for Standard is far to small .

Excellent location. The room is poorly maintained. My friend had a backache.

Given that rooms are small, you may have a room that allow storage of things customers bought. Room is small in the sense that there is limited space to put our luagages and things we have bought (your location is best for shopping!). Ceiling is mouldy and window frame is not properly cleaned. Generally, I found that for the rooms that I have stayed, they are not properly maintained - pretty run down, thus expensive for the price we are paying for.

Towers were dirty, room and pillows smells wierd, and there is no drainage hole in the toilet outside beyond the shower curtain

The driveway to the hotel is not ideal as it co-incides with the exit flow of traffic, thus there were heavy traffic jams in and out of the hotel.

location at midvalley megamall was unmatchable (but now there is a rival hotel)

The parking is terrible. The hotel velet parking was full and was instructed to park at Midvalley mall's carpark. However waited an hour still could not find a parking space. Returned back to the hotel (hv to pay to get out)and still no space at the hotel. The parking personnel reluctantly take over the car after I insist to wait outside hotel entrance.

Since we have stayed in this hotel many times, I expected to be upgraded to the next type of accomodation type when my requested room arrangement was not available. This would have reduced the inconvenience experienced. Needs more clothing space.

From my obsewrvation, the environment in the hotel lobby appeared busy and crowded most of the time. However, the staff were able to handle the situations and cleared the crowd within a short time. Room is a bit small, nevertheless it is clean and comfortable. The friendliness of hotel staff make our stay most pleasant and memorable.

i like the lobby, it's spacious for waiting to check-in & out. But one of the lift was not working well during my stay there. Regular inspection need to be carry out. overall is fine, just the cleanliness really need to be improved.

The plus side of the hotel is the mall. Guests do not need to leave the building for shopping or for eating. Thats why its very convenient The barest of necessities. Not even a wardrobe. Only 2 towels?

Hotel service is good. Breakfast is just awesome. It would be nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper standby.

Very good location. Fantastic place as next to Megamall. No limit to entertainment, shopping and eating.

For leisure purpose it is adviseable to stay a night or 2 at the citi-tel. Access for LTR is also available and too i love the breakfast. If i were to go to KL , i would choose to stay at this hotel. The room is too small that we could hardly move. Especially when to perform prayer. The charges for a room is quiet reasonable.

You have swimming pool at level 3!? Only noticed that it exists after my third stay.. that after a necking peep thru floor 19 lift lobby window. i'll make sure i check it out next time.. feel sorry for my kid. TV reception is rather poor. It could be improved.. i know.

Good location relative to Cititel shopping mall. Convenient with both hotel and shopping mall side-by-side.
