road sign not prominent. I ended up parking at the mall instead of at the hotel. This becomes inconvenient for me to move my luggages and also taking care of my children at the same time. Also not sure about the general security of the mall --- i would feel safer to park at the hotel instead. spacious. well-kept. Nothing is loss. Good integrity of hotel staff.

No swimming pool for relaxing. Sound Proof is not good enough. Disappoint that there's people on the roof just outside the window in midnight time. No secure feel.

Overall is acceptable, especially the location for shopping and transport is very convienient. Hotel service is ok, but lobby is a bit BUSY and messy. But overall is good.

Cititel is a good hotel. Service is great, the breakfast is outstanding, and the staff really did take care of us. This is the second time I stayed there. I used the delux king room with 1 extra bed. I think is was a good selection. It is a bit higher price, but considering the hotel's location, this is expected. The Midvalley mall is outstanding.
