breakfast at the cafe was poor.egg counter chef was a bit rude(forgot to note his name).impatient. room was very comfortable.shower was extremely good!!great water pressure.love it.too bad not big enough to have bath tub.pillows were too flat.asked for additional pillows, were only allowed two.

Should have cheaper rates for Government servants Rooms are good enough.

My friend had very serious food poisonning after taking the complimentary buffet breakfast on 10 Dec in Citetel Cafe. small and not very comfortable

Generally acceptable but room slight small, lack of space.

SERVICE SUCKS. WILL NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL AGAIN...AND WILL DEFINITELY TELL MY FRIENDS TO AVOID THIS HOTEL. Found a rusty pin on the carpet. Called room service to come and ensure there are no more pins on the floor, BUT NOBODY CAME AFTER WAITING FOR ONE HOUR.

No commend. The room size is a bit small compare to others.

I had problem changing the dates of check-in through holidaycity unlike direct to the hotel, I could get the feedback immediately. It took 4 hours for the outcome. Then upon checking-in the key card could not work. After the 2nd attempt of reprogramming and changing the lock battery only it works. Very troublesome, waiting outside the room for the technician to come over and going up and down the lift. Very inconvenient.

One major comment. How can hotel car park full when they have room available? If hotel car park is full, should'nt hotel should let customer claim for parking at midvalley car park? Anyway, it is the recptionist advice to park customer car at midvalley car park when Hotel Car Park is full. Why only provide a box of tissue paper but only has 2 pcs in it?

Breakfast service and food need to improve. (We need to queue for 15 min to get a table and after that found that there's no food.) 1.The bedsheet cover have funny smell.

didn't ask me my favourite language of newspaper, so i have to change it at the reception counter bath tube cannot suck to stop the water to pour out

there isn't any facilities like gym etc It is too small. Feel claustrophobic

The location is very strategy cause located in the heart of the city. Bed linen not really comfortable and clean. Feel itchy during bed time.

The curtain hanger at the toilet fall down when l take a bath with son luckily no hit then ask for changed room the receptionist say is fully book and the potty quite dirty.

The breakfast is good as there is a large variety of food. There should be extra pillows provided instead of only two for double bedroom.
