The service is very poor, was given a room with broken aircon and took them more than 1 hour to agree to change a room for us! Room size a bit too small, no much room for luggage.

The hotel is very convenient in going around the city and even to Singapore due to the ticketing office nearby and the mall too is excellent.Our only problem is in going back to the hotel, due to traffic jam taxi drivers wont let us ride if we go to the hotel to the Mid Valley Mall.Hope this would be solved later. It was a very pleasant stay in your hotel.I like the room we had stayed.Please take a look into the bathroom for mildews between the glass divider and the elevated floor divider, so to maintain the room as we liked it, thank you.

This is actually a tourist hotel or for sales persons on one night stopover. Only two bath towels provided. No face towels or the small towels.

Sited in a very good location for foreigners as MidValley Megamall is really a one stop shop Small but cosy enough

bed sheet got stains!! the shampoo dispenser broken, left notes , no action taken, had to call for hsekeeping, they came and saidd refer to maintainance, waited approximate 45min, no one came back, call hsekeeping, waited another 10min. Finally maintainance cameand they have to change to a new dispenser

I had difficulty to get in to the room two nights in a row. I had to go to the receptionist before getting in to the room with the key.

Though booked well in advance, had to wait 2 hours before room was ready. Room size was very small.

Good breafast buffet, varieties of food,leisure outlets are great too, after tired can try body massage and others services ... good idea. was ask iron and iron board send to rooom late by 20 minit compare to time informed. others are great. I like the strong shower, but the size of room a bit small.

Room was averagely furnished , enough for a business traveller, not for leisure though

traffic jam. bed side table lamp cannot switch off.

Heavy traffic jam on the area. carpets have stains.

Ple provide a cheaper internet rate.

Parking is a little trouble where the exit and the entrance for parking is too close

To provide wall air freshner on every level of the elevator as there guest who like to smoke outside of the elevator and leave the cigarette smell. To provide telephone directory as operator can't even assisit for certain numbers required. To provide sewing kit as the hotel rate is almost the same with a 5-star hotel in KL but they provide better amenities and others.

The standard is quite small.

the room is quite small and need a bit of rearrangement (bed) and the side table not moveable but anyway we had a pleasent time stay with your hotel ;)
