Whenever I visit KL, i usually stay in the city. My first stay at Cititel was great . I found convenience in shopping and the other amenities offered - food, entertainment etc.
Staff at the reception counter were awesome.Breakfast was also good.
Returned for second stay . No faults either . Will be staying again for a 3rd stay soon .

I choose this hotel mainly for its very good location. I just walk out off the hotel and I am already in a very big shopping mall. One more advantage is the varieties of restaurants in the mall.

The hotel staff are polite and can quickly track my record of previous stay to save me from filling the registration form. It is good to have one worker on duty to show which lift is ready for going up.

The buffer breakfast is quite ok and start at 6:00am.

This time I am satisfied with the fast confirmation from Holidaycity online room reservation.

In fact I had already given my feedaback via the survey the other day. Anyway, I am really impressed with the service of the staff, they were courteous and helpful. This is the 1st time a cashier had enquired about my stay and I was glad that he will take up my feedback & comments.

I nearly fell a few times during the 2-night's stay because of slippery floor because there was a leak in the toilet. I nearly loss my balance when I walked out from the toilet with the hotel slippers. I suggest that there should be a proper feedback from the housekeeping team or regular maintenance check on the conditions of the toilets for all rooms. Thank God for protecting me.

I also suggested that there should be a magnectic door latch so that it will be easier for us to maneuver our luggage out as the place was quite small.

Breakfast was good - wide selection although the dishes were quite salty (e.g. the vegetarian corner)

Last but not least, the location was ideal and if I do come by this way again, I will come back again; this time with a special rate for regulars, perhaps?

Term that is used in Computers where you pay minimal and get the bare necessities in return.
Everything that you can get from a hotel room - TV, mini-fridge, safe, Bathroom and bathroom amenities...
Towels are the super thin type and shower area is a mere 3.5' X 6'.

Recommended to anyone who is on budget travelling with a little more comfort than budget or bed/breakfast hotel.

Breakfast is included in my package - so it is nice, but the variety and quality leaves much to be desired. Fruit Juices are more like cordials.

Cleanliness and location is highly recommended for anyone who does not want to pay too much just for sleeping.

Staff were polite but not tactful. We were held by a group of people who attended a seminar or course, oblivious to other people waiting in the next line. Staff should handle these group differently and not letting them hogged the counter as long as they like.
Shopping was very easy and convenient because of the adjoining complexes to the hotel.
Breakfast buffet was as expected, with more of asian dishes and continental spread. And we did ordered room service, which was ok.
Room was small and so as the shower. I'm not that big but still I had to stand sideways to take my shower.
Overall my stay was pleasant but nothing fancy.

Although the room was a little bit small but comfortable and the breakfast was quite good.

Since we like to shop at Mid-Valley Megamall, we find this hotel is very convenient for us to stay in. Therefore the hotel location is good.

In fact, I have recommended many of my friends to stay in this hotel.

The superior room is very small especially the bathroom and the heater was not consistent.

Good point about this hotel is it just door step to Mid Valley Mega Mall but it is not a convenient location to town area and it was quite quiet when all shpos were closed. Besides, the taxi driver will charge you more when you are returning to the hotel. The reason given by them was lack of passanger.

This was not my first visit to KL so I would strongly recommend those hotels located at Bukit Bintang area.

I must say your hotel is not very enthusiastic concerning loyal guests. We have been staying there for 3 years in a row. But this is not reflected in any way in your services to us.

Very disappointing. But perhaps, it may be because your hotel is quite well patronized and therefore does not need loyal guests.

Hope, there may be improvements in future.

ROOM WAS VERY SMALL, IF U KEEP YOUR SUITCASE U CANNOT EVEN WALK IN THE ROOM. TV HAD NOTHING FOR URDU/HINDI TRAVELLERS. GOOD POINT IS MEGA MALL WHERE U CAN SHOP OR EAT. IF U R ON BUSINESS IT IS OK BUT FOR LEASURE I WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

Great location - great value for money, Fantastic facilities (something for everyone - wonderful shopping complex, so many restaurants, food outlets, cinemas). The sort of hotel where you only get back to sleep - so the basic facilities in the room were adequate. Hotel Restaurant breakfast / dinner buffets were good. Have already recommended it to friends - will stay there everytime I visit KL.

rooms are not sound proved. toilets bowl not cleaned ! Breakfast served - poor quality (not up to 3 to 4 stars stardards)

I have stayed in this hotel many times and the price and facilites are acceptable . The location is good and easily accessible. The service is good and staffs are rather friendly.

Is easy to book via holidaycity. They'll arrange everything. Is cheaper too. Definitely no fuss!

Romantic space too squeeze and not convinience. No privacy.

breakfast provided by the hotel is good ,change of menu everyday.My wife ,daughter & me like the foods very much especially the curry.Room very clean with no smell but the space is a bit crowded. easy to access to shopping mall.Staff is friendly&helpful. Looking forward to stay there for another visit to kuala lumpur .

I have stayed in the hotel numerous times. The reasons are many. However the most compelling reasons are convenient location, shopping and wide selection of foods. There are rooms for improvement though; the checkin and checkout can be time consuming, bathrooms are not spacious enough. All in all I would recommend to families and businessmen.

The reception counter seems to be a little slow in dealing with customers.You could look into ways of dealing with the flow. It could be the computer system or maybe interaction between the staff and the customers.Most people on holidays usually dont want to hassle over their sleeping accomodations. When they arrive they just want to rest.
