Yes, the hotel is in a convenient location and all the staff are helpful.The only thing is no breakfast provided.

I used to stay at the Deluxe Room and it was quite comfortable in term of room size. During this recent visit I book a Superior room on line and I was quite dissappointed to find out that the size of the room was very small compare to the prize that I have to pay. The room rates is quite expensive compared to other hotels of the same star rating. However I always prefer to stay in your hotel because it is very convenient for shopping due to the very famous shopping centre exactly below the hotel. For shopping I would recommend this hotel to my friends, but I would also like to suggest that you upgrade the room for your frequent guests staying in your hotel so that they will feel appreciated. To the staff - they did a good job. To the food served, it is quite expensive but it is delicious.

The housekeeper was very helpful when we asked her directly for an extra towel and pillow. The hotel was very conveient -right next to the Mid Valley MegaMall and connected right to it.

Being directly connected to a shopping mall is a big plus. No need to walk out and cross a busy road. You can shop straight after breakfast and return to the hotel when the shops close. When you have done a lot of shopping and need to put your bags down in your room before continuing on your spree, you can do so easily. This is definitely a good place to stay!

It is not very far from the main shopping area as well, although you may find that you need not venture out much as the mall that Cititel is connected to is rather comprehensive.

It is a good place for families, especially those with small children. Convenience mainly.

This is my family holiday in Kuala Lumpur, I feel a convenient and very strategies location. An adition to near by facilities for shopping and entertaiment, and the speciality for health service, I get the very best quality service in International Eye centre. I will recoment to my friend about this comfortable hotel. Good luck for the management.

THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT WTIH MULTICULT FOOD.

STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ESPECIALLY WHEN MY LITTLE GIRL AND I WAS RUNNING LATE TO THE AIRPORT. WTIH THEIR HELP, I GOT A GOOD TAXI -ARRIVED IN TIME TO CHECK IN FOR THE NEXT FLIGHT.

GOOD LOCATION FOR SHOPPING, MEETING FRIENDS FOR LEISURE DRINKS.
OVERALL, I ENJOYED MY STAYED.
