I have stayed at Cititel Mid Valley in Kuala Lumpur for a while and I would highly recommend it toanyone who wishes to visit this city. The best thing about this hotel is the creature comforts that come with it. The Mid Valley Mega Mall is just a few steps away from the hotel (and you don't even have to leave the hotel complex because the Mall is connected to the hotel), and the hotel rooms (I stayed in a "superior" room) are just charming. So, if any of you would-be tourists are thinking of coming to KL, this is the hotel you should consider staying at. Also, a light railway connects the hotel to central Kual Lumpur. So, the convenience factor is just unparalled.

I am bery comfortable staying at Cititel Midvalley due to its strategic location and convenient for crazy shoppers like us.

1.Request the king bed online but not comply.
2.Carpark is full not assistant help form hotel staff. park at lobby carpark need extra charge not inform early.
3.hotel room not clean, have empty mineral botol leave not the table from previous customer.

I would say Cititel is comfort for family and also for business. Location is superb and is chaper than other hotel. I would like to stay again in future. Thanks.

Was offered bed room facing the water coolers area. Hence, room was not as quiet as those facing other direction. Guest to be informed of this and additional discount to be given to guest.

Been twice (this and previous stay) when parking in the Hotel car park was insufficient and I had to park in Mega Mall and incurred MYR 5 for parking fee. Guest should not have to pay any extra.

As I have stayed at the hotel manY times in the past, the facilities, services etc were up to my expectation.

The hotel's strong point is the location. The staff are helpful and courteous.

The rooms were on the small side - but that is no longer a concern to me as based on past experience, it no longer came as a surprise to me.

One area where improvement must be made is the hot water supply. This is the 3rd consecutive time that I have found the hot water supply in the shower and bath room very poor during my stay. To get hot water, we have to let the shower/tap run for about 5 minutes. This is sheer wastage of water and inconvenient to hotel guests who need to take a quick shower.

Good location....everything in one roof...satisfaction during my stay there....still can have night entertaiment like bowling, watching movie n karaoke too....dont need to tavel from place to another with busy traffic jam...cos you can have it everything in Midvalley....I love to stay in Cititel Midvalley...Price is reasonable...but most important is the location of biggest shoping centre in Kuala Lumpur!

The Hotel facilities were excellent and convenient.

Overall my stay in this hotel is meet my expectation.

The breakfast served could be more variety as well as the foods served at cafe,hope it can be improve.

I would recommend staying at this hotel as it is in the heart of the city.
