The best thing about this hotel is the creature comforts that come with it. The Mid Valley Mega Mall is just a few steps away from the hotel (and you don't even have to leave the hotel complex because the Mall is connected to the hotel), and the hotel rooms (I stayed in a "superior" room) are just charming. So, if any of you would-be tourists are thinking of coming to KL, this is the hotel you should consider staying at. Also, a light railway connects the hotel to central Kual Lumpur. So, the convenience factor is just unparalled.

Hence, room was not as quiet as those facing other direction. Guest to be informed of this and additional discount to be given to guest. Been twice (this and previous stay) when parking in the Hotel car park was insufficient and I had to park in Mega Mall and incurred MYR 5 for parking fee. Guest should not have to pay any extra.

The hotel's strong point is the location. The staff are helpful and courteous. The rooms were on the small side - but that is no longer a concern to me as based on past experience, it no longer came as a surprise to me. One area where improvement must be made is the hot water supply. This is the 3rd consecutive time that I have found the hot water supply in the shower and bath room very poor during my stay. To get hot water, we have to let the shower/tap run for about 5 minutes. This is sheer wastage of water and inconvenient to hotel guests who need to take a quick shower.
