I have a few comments on the following matters which are desirable for improvements. -Should provide more TV channels such as astro channels and in house movies.Viewing channels are rather limited now. -Three rooms out of 4 rooms which I stayed with other family members were faced with leakage in the toilet bowl . Despite asking for repair at the reception counter, it was never carried out . -The safe was not functioning and I was told that the battery had drained out but never got changed. -Buffet breakfast was served in rather limited choices and varieties. All in all I had stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast had been the same through out except the rotation of serving fried noodle, kueh teow, meehoon,etc. It is hoped that the hotel would be more concerned at least to make repairs on those damaged items for the convenience of its guests. It is a very poor impression when such request to make good those damages is not carried out promptly, worst if never even being repaired.

Had a good nights stop over at this hotel. I've tried many before in KL and except for the Renaisonce, i have been quite disappointed. This is a good solid hotel, no frills, clean, good sized room and bathroom. Overall good value for money 4/5!!

I WOULD LIKE STAY THIS HOTEL AS THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE BASED FACILTIES AND AMENITIES.

THIS IS A GOOD LODGING PLACE AND RATE IS GOOD EXCEPT THE CAR PARK LOT LIMITATION.
