The room is a bit terrible because the ceiling was leaking and the aircon was not cold at all, it made the room so warm. I really admired the bathroom because it was very clean and new.

Hi There,
You have got the most dedicated staff I have seen in any hotel.
I am usualy not even communicating much with the staff at other places, but at Citin, I knew the names of all of them. Really professional and Freindly.
The room size is really small, Internet service is limited to Cafe and Lobby and there is no fridge in the rooms, rest all seemed good.
