This is my first trip with my family member to overseas. I am glad that I have make a good choice of hotel by choosing Citin Pratunam. At first I am worried what if the hotel is not strategic, hotel staff, room cleanliness. But all this worried disappear once I step into the hotel. To my surprise Citin Hotel is strategically located near Platinum Mall only 10-15 min walk. Good thing is you will not die of hunger. All type of food is available once you walk out from the hotel from morning till late night. It is also surrounded by massage center. My family was very happy with this trip and we enjoy it very must. We would like to specially say thank you to Yong who make our stay at Citin Hotel a memorable trip with his warm and helpful spirit. Well done to all Citin staff. I have already recommend to my friend to go for Citin Hotel.

My 4D3N stay in Citin Pratunam was enjoyable. Only the hotel signage (direction to hotel) was not easily visualised.
The hotel staff was helpful in answering to queries pertaining to places which I visited.
Breakfast was okay but practically almost the same spread we had daily. Anyway my husband don't mind....
Overall the hotel ambience good and I don't mind to stay again for my next visit to Bangkok.
