I like the location of the Hotel
the rooms is okay especially the price was reasonable when u booked it in advance.

The main problem were the stuff were not happy in serving me, like:
1- no smile
2- forgot to set up the store box for the valuable items inside the room. When I called them, it takes half an hour to send someone and they were unhappy to do it.
3- Breakfas service were poor. besides, no people guid u
4-one day i came back terribly tired, used the slow lift, reached t the room !!!!!!!!!!! suddenly the card doesn't work. So, I had to go all the way down to the reception and They do not show some kind of sorry feelin, they don't even explain why the card is not activated.
5- noise in corridor from the cleaning people and the other residents.

Generally, the Hotel is good but the stuff are not professional enough.

Stay was pleasant, hotel not far away from the underground station. Breakfast was ok. Staff ready to help! rooms small but nice. I would surely recommend this hotel!!

I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. The room was good, the tea/ coffee making faciltities (and fridge) were very useful, double glazed windows were very effective (the room faced a very busy road) and the breakfast was very adequate. The location of this hotel and the Comfort Inn at Victoria is very good, giving access to public transport.

Excellent small hotel close to transport links and a selection of excellent restaurants. Hotel was great value for money and very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff were polite, and breakfast was good for the price per night. The only comment i have is that the shower drain and water had quite a bad smell and was a bit off putting in the mornings. However i do believe this is a problem with a few hotels in London.

Use of the hotels internet connection was very overpriced. As part of a US chain, we expect at least a few minutes of free or cheap time available on the internet, and at over $200 a night for a quite spartan room, it seems a reasonable expectation. We were very pleased to find a room that could accomodate 3 adults.

my only complaint is the problem with wireless internet reception. I could only connect in the lobby or breakfast area.

I think the staff at the hotel should have told me about the high risk of my car being towed away, which happened actually.

Difficult to find as just small entrance door but once inside everything very nice. Small but good security, nice atmosphere. Small room but was fine for one traveller. Bathroom very small but had everything needed on hand.

The roof was leaking in the Breakfast Room although it was raining quite hard.

good a little bit too hot!

Hotel lobby is so small it's really only a place to stand at the desk; the lift would only work if someone went upstairs & sent it down. The room was very small, but very nice. Not a bad place! Room was small, but nice. We were here in chilly November 2006 so a blanket of some description would have been a BIG help!

The room was adequate for two but not for three persons as we were (1 adult 2 children)

the price was expensive.
