Staff were excellent and very helpful.
Location excellent as away from the noise of the main centre of town yet only a 5 minute walk.
Certainly will stay there again

All staff and services at this hotel were of a very high standard. the room has all facilities as advertised, excellent chance to wash your clothes before your trip home :-)

Should be advised that there are no elevators and what floor you will be on, prior to arrival. We were on the top floor, some people canot walk up 5 flights of stairs. Aircon would have been nice, however it was not too hot so it was okay.

Walking to nearest bus stop taxing for the elderly and those short of breath. Night return finds area dark and deserted.No shops in immediate vicinity.

information on food deliveries doesnt surply times of there service Washng machine that was provided needs to be looked at as did not wash clothing well

The service of the hotel and interaction upon this can be improved upon.

The place was good i love the pool. I love the bridge as well 5mins to the surfers paradise very nice. The room was perfect its got everything you need if you really stay for a while nice view at the balcony.

We stayed at the time of big day out, so of course the coast is busy - but ordered room service from one menu there and weren't informed of a 2 hour delay. TV wasn't in good working order - buzzed loudly for at least 30mins of TV being on. Fans were on bad working order. Every room should have standard air-con or people should be informed on internet that you have to ask for air-con. If air con not available in every room, new modern fans should be installed - that work at high speeds. Room could be kept cleaner (eg walls).

apartments full of lovely plants, nicely down out, very chilled, nice clientel. lovely couple (please pass on my thanks to them they were very helpful, nice people, well they are British! :>) accom was above our expectations, a very good size, quiet fans good air con, very pleasing. sofa's could be more comfy other than that great!

We stayed in one of the second floor appartments, and it was impossible to get the pram to the appartment, as there was no lift. There's also no ramp of lift to get the pram from the road into the complex - the only entrance is via 6/7 steep stairs. OK if you are two people, but basically impossible if you are on your own. Although it was mostly clean, the carpet was dirty, there were some holes in the wall and a bit dusty.

found the carpets on the stairs was very dirty.Also there was no hairdryer and we would have thought that the sheets would have been changed the blinds were not very good as we were unable to close them properly.

Air conditioner should be included and not an extra.

On the 3rd night we got no sleep as the apartments were taken over by Russian dancers They had all the other apartments)who banged shouted and partyed till all hours (even tho this is against apartment policy) We would have gone somewhere else if we had known this was going to happen. So not very relaxing at all.

When I booked the room I asked for air conditioning but didn't get it. Unfortunately I arrived during a heat wave and air conditioning would have made my stay alot more comfortable.

no air con, needs to insist people keep noise down after 10 pm ( up till 3am one morning)

Very satisfied with the room and extrememly pleased we decided to stay with you!! Will definitely do so again in the future.

It was very affordable and was appealing to stay in It was really nice, and had everything we needed

the room suited us perfectly - it had all we needed for an enjoyable stay.

good location room 32 could use an aircon unit.
