I cannot really judge the facilities as I only used it as a base for an event I was going to at the Savoy My only problem was that the pillows were very hard and caused me to have a very stiff neck the following morning. I would have preferred a feather pillow

Usually the nightly room rate there includes breakfast, but not in the booking that I made through HolidayCity. I would have liked to have had that specified beforehand. The concierge was very good.
