The location was fabulous!!! It couldn't have been better. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The continental breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return.

The location is superb! Walking distance to most major attractions. The staff were extremely helpful especially in directions to events, bus schedules and personal requirements ( ice pack to fridge every night! ) The breakfast was light but adequate for us. We enjoyed the daily newspapers that were available. We would book again and certainly recommend Chateau Bellevue to others!

The Hotel Chateau Bellevue was adequate for our stay. It was our first trip to Quebec City for the winter carnival. When I booked the room, I did not realize how small it would be. It should be better represented in the room photos on their website.

However, the hotel was conveniently located for the winter carnival activities, was very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was nice.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Bellavue in Old Quebec City four years ago in the Fall, with another couple we explored the city from this ideal location. A short walk to shopping, dining, and the walkway along the water. The views from our front room were wonderful to wake up to. The valet parking was a plus when we took our car out. Breafast is well laid out with lots of choice and looking out at the water while you eat is a plus.

In December of this year we took my daughter who had not been to Quebec and had another enjoyable stay. Again so close to everything and with the snow and cold it was great. The city and hotel are a treat to enjoy in every season. My son also stayed with one of your hotels just up the street and really enjoyed his visit in September.

We will def. book again should we get a chance to return and have recommended it to friends. It is not modern and huge but we come to sight see, not to sit in our rooms. The staff make every effort to meet your needs.

My only problem was I could not get the TV to work - not that I am a telly addict I just wanted to watch the news and see the weather !! But I didnt ask staff to help so it may have just been me !
