Staff courteous and helpful
Good location of hotel.
Need improve website insruction re how to get there if take train from airport. and then MTR
Reasonable price (value for money)
Room (single) very small but adequate.
The solitary 'grouch'- volume control on TV cannot be increased. I am deaf and so could not hear the sound.
Will definitely stay there again.
My first trip to HK in 18 years (> 12 trips before 1989). Found HK so different (and friendly people).
Myself now 34 years living in Asia so 'street wise'.
