great value for money position perfect.Staff at reception were excellent so were cleaning staff.Clowns standing around in front of reception were unhelpful.Lift took 10 minutes to arrive and then it was full? Would stay again but they need new lifts

The solitary 'grouch'- volume control on TV cannot be increased. I am deaf and so could not hear the sound.

My first trip to HK in 18 years (> 12 trips before 1989). Found HK so different (and friendly people).
Myself now 34 years living in Asia so 'street wise'.

The hotel staff were friendly, pleasant, courteous and helpful. The facilities were good includung a coffee house, a small restaurant and a bar . Right in front of the hotel is a bus stop; thus getting to other parts of the city by bus is very easy and cheap. The reception was very nice. We were upgraded from a standard room to suite. The suite was pleasant and very comfortable.

I think the room represented good value for money, while the room was modest size it was along the line of what is expected in Hong Kong

The staff were pleasant and efficient. Room was surprisingly quiet with no penetrating noise from other guests.

I found the hotel to be good value for money and well positioned. Will definitely be using this hotel again.

When I arrived at the hotel (which was very early as I came on a long haul flight from Australia)the staff were not at all friendly and I had to demand and argue to be allowed use the toilet. I was given the excuse that it was not open. I then had to use the staff toilet.

no sense of urgency anywhere but the dining room.generally friendly but not on the ball. well past the stage of needing refurbishing,carpet totally worn out,cracked tiles and holes in bathroom,dirt in every corner.smallest room I have ever stayed in,almost chlaustrophobic.nothing worked eg message centre on phone,TV remote.

Value for money depends on the deal. I was happy to book a second stay a few weeks later but the price had become less competitive and I went elsewhere. The delux room was of very reasonable quality and size for HK rooms at this price range and location. The safe was useful but there was no fridge.

Sink in the bathroom is extremely small
