Very good, good location for return journey to airport. Free shuttle appreciated. Altogether pleasant - unsure about the choice of the word "cheeky" to describe glass panel separating bathroom and bedroom - it makes the place sound slightly sleezy to a British ear!

Unfortunately noisy all the time. Sounded like internal plumbing but may have been airconditiong on rooftop. So not as peaceful as surroundings.

The only reason for me to stay at this hotel is easy to get to airport. No toothbrush is provided.

The gym is good, but no one takes care of it. There were kids who were there and as they do not know how to operate the equipment, may have damaged the treadmill. Even if you hire a staff and put him there, I think it will be worth it as the equipment are very expensive. The blind for the bathroom/room opening should be more secure as there are times where two persons may share the room but not very familiar. With the blinds now, you can still look through at certain angle, especially where the rain shower is.

The hotel lobby staff is not very friendly, not smilling at all.

The location is good for the airport but maybe not so good if you want to experience Singapore. For me, this location was ideal as I was just staying one night between connecting flights and did not have time to experience Singapore. I booked a room with a good view....I'm not sure what a bad view would have been like but my view was over the front entrance canopy of the hotel to the gateway of the club opposite, the road and some trees at the front of the hotel. I do not consider this a good view and certainly was not worth paying extra for.

I am in dispute with an additional payment that the hotel have charged me.

very much feel like a resort hotel. The glass door that separates the room to the room is good.

The food was great as was the swimming pool. We lost our mobile phone and reported this to your staff but are still waiting to hear back about it -Sony Ericsson. Everything was very satisfactory.

Long queues were often seen at the reception counter. Guests had to take a long time either to check-in or check out. The swimming pool is also too small. The see-through window to the toilet is good for parents who want to check their children in the toilet.

Counter staff at Reception - not well trained - took a long time to check us in, cannot find my reservation, becos surname entered as Yong instead of Wong. Also not sure what type of booking & also request for King size bed - not fulfilled. Told that he will sned someone to push the 2 beds together. The staff never appeared. Wonder why?

Good lighting. The shower curtain wasn't very effective in stopping water spilling out onto the floor.

It is some distance from the City...and this is its main disadvantage....but for a very short stay or airport lay over its excellent. Minimilistic and neat modern style.

No drinking water provide. I ask for non smoking room, the lobby confirmed but when I got to the room, I can get the smoking scent right away. There was also an ash tray in the room. If it is a non smoking room, what for? Definitely not a 4 star hotel from my experience. The check in service is so slow.

The room was extremely noisy. We didn't have a good night as people were loud in the corridor late at night.

Internet access charge excessive, toilet not cleaned, ignored when visiting top floor restaurant and had to resort to ground floor one

The gym facilities were good also. Room was clean and modern - all facilities were working and present.

the aircon control-knob should be looked into. Found it a little difficult to adjust the temperature.

All is clean and so quiet. Comfortable for long or short stay. In general OK, and it would be a reference for my next SIN visit. It is also save to stay bcse a safety system in entering lift & choosing designated floor.

For us it was too far from the city. Nice hotel but pool too small and rooms noisy up to midnight when music stops. Room was a good size.However a fair bit of noise from the atrium.

I use this hotel for transit purposes in Singapore.

Very convenient location with excellent service and helpful staff.

Very nice friendly and efficient service from all hotel employees that I met. Late night room service meals not a very appealing menu I did not bother.
