as I arrived late it would have been good if water had been in the room. There was only an empty fridge.

There is few or not many night cosy entertainment outlet in particular for evening relax programme. Hotel has been advertised as a four-star hotel, however, is more like to 2-3 stars category hotel. Some F&B outlet were closure during the festive season which left the guest with not much choices. Room is well-designed, unforunately when we arrived at the hotel, they are unable to provide a room with good scenic view, hotel is unable to acede our initial request for seaview.

The hotel was carrying out renovations on the floor above. We were not informed of this when we checked in. We intended to rest after checking in but we did not manage to because of the noise. The next morning, renovations started again at 9am. There were no extra pillows in the room.

Nice rooftop swimming pool overlooking the sea. Great room with a window from the bathroom to the living room, allowing you to soak and watch TV at the same time.

Front desk/hotel provided excellent service. The personal letter from the Executive Chef to dine at Saltwater Cafe was a very nice touch. However when I dine at the Saltwater Cafe after informing/showing the letter to the cafe staff, when my bill finally came the discount was not taken into consideration. The impression I received was that cafe staff was ignorant about the letter.

The check-in/out services were slow. My credit card was credited, then refunded, then credited again, which is really inefficient. The room service was terrible - I had an outdated menu in the room, the food arrived wrapped with cellophane paper (can't you afford decent dishcovers?), with no portable table so we had to dine with the plates on our laps.

I was given the impression that transport to and from the airport was on an arrival/departure basis. However, I had to find the Info centre and inquire about transport to the hotel. I then had to wait about an hour for the bus. I also had to get up very early and arrived very early at Changi, as these were the only times the bus went. somewhat difficult to find all the light switches. wardrobe light on all night as couldn't find switch.

It was a perfect experience after a long journey from the south of Greece. I did enjoy being able to savour local food and would have liked there to have been more of it. It was lovely to haved a room with enough space for all our luggage on a stopover home after a long European trip

Laundry room is very far from the room, I stayed on the seventh floor and the laundry room is on the third floor, and while I was staying there and used the laudry, it broke and the manager made me re-do the laudry and it's still broken and they made me wait for the machine if it works or not or it could be just an operator error. I waited for 6 hours waisting my remaining time to explore the beautifull country. And once they finally figure out the machine needs to be fixed by professional then, thats when they just started to tell me to leave the clothes in the washer soaked in soap and they'll do it for me. and i came back around 9pm one of the housekeeper was so kind enough to finish the load. If your staying in singapore for more than 5 days, I dont recommend this hotel, its far from the city and all the places to go and they only have one washer and one dryer. so what if it brakes again you'll probably have the same problem as I did.
