Was also conveniently located for taking the sky-train to a shopping plaza.

However the hotel staff, especially the assistant manager was very helpul in trying to contact Holiday City for another hotel, but we could not bookfor another hotel through your website. Eventually we rang up your s'pore office for help,but after several calls and a few hours of waiting, your manager told me that I had to book the 2nd hotel myself. I finally managed to book into Furama Riverfront at the rate of S$130 per night although the internet price was only $100.80. as advertised on your website.

The only problem was it is too far away from shopping area in Orchard but overall a good place away from the city to rest and relax.

Beds are too hard for Americans. We stayed in what I think was the handicap room, so it was very spacious. Food options are marginal. Convenience to grocery store was terrific. also, cab and bus service was excellent.
