We found the room small we did'nt have a double bed as requested meals eg breakfast expensive dinner. Location good near many hawker restraunts

Impressed with how clean the room is and the food is wonderful!

I have provided feedback to the hotel in their feedback form, however, it would be good to ensure things are done. There is a nice rattan lamp hanging over the ledge next to the bed, which we can place our things. However, when I went to pick up my item from the ledge, I stood up and my head hit the rim of the rattan lamp. I could not speak for a while as the pain was so intense. Lucky thing was that there was no blood or huge bump that came up. But the pain lasted for a while. Those nice, but need to be careful where it is placed. One other thing is the stains on the carpet should be removed or if not changed the carpet. It is quite unsightly. As for the buffet breakfast, the one thing that I think alot of people look forward to is bacon, which was not available. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will return again. Thanks!

Located in a quiet town, but convenient walking distance to a wide range of cheap hawker food, more expensive seafood, and even beer places that open til late at night. Good value for money and a well recommended place to stay if you're looking for somewhere cosy and peaceful.

This was a fair-priced hotel which provided a comfortable stop-over en route to Europe. Was also conveniently located for taking the sky-train to a shopping plaza.

Unfortunately,we had to move out to another location in the city for personal reasons, after just one half day at the hotel. However the hotel staff, especially the assistant manager was very helpul in trying to contact Holiday City for another hotel, but we could not bookfor another hotel through your website. Eventually we rang up your s'pore office for help,but after several calls and a few hours of waiting, your manager told me that I had to book the 2nd hotel myself. I finally managed to book into Furama Riverfront at the rate of S$130 per night although the internet price was only $100.80. as advertised on your website.

The only plus point is the nearby Changi Village...

The hotel was great, very nice pool and food was very accessible. The only problem was it is too far away from shopping area in Orchard but overall a good place away from the city to rest and relax.

This is my second time to stay at this Hotel, But we informed the Hotel by email via Holiday City that we request a Queen Bed, we enter the room and two singles beds defore us....lol

Overall we enjoyed oue stay.

it is not my first time in singapore but first time in this hotel, staff was courteous, facilities was excellent, food was nice and rooms are very clean which is more important to everyone wanted to stay overnight or more days.. highly recomended to families, business and friends except the place that i think to far from malls, market.. cities which is easy ofcourse for all the travellers who really want to look around tourist spot.

Beds are too hard for Americans.

We stayed in what I think was the handicap room, so it was very spacious.

Food options are marginal.

Convenience to grocery store was terrific. also, cab and bus service was excellent.

We had a shocking stay from the moment we arrived. Both staff at the desk were arguing with patrons and we waited 30 minutes to be checked in. On getting to our room we had to ring room maintenance because the power was out on all power outlets.. The room was that noisy we asked fror another room at 11.30pm because we could not sleep.And believe it or not the next room was worse.Did you know a jet takes off every 4.5 minutes? Only good thing was the free bus service at 6am to get to the airport. We stayed in 3 other hotels in our 3 week holiday(Royal plaza on scotts,Sofitel Bangkok and Mangosteens in Phuket and all were well above expectation. Unfortunately our last night in Singapore at your hotel was not one to remember. Sorry to be so negative but these are the facts..

We deliberately chose the hotel as it is so close to the airport and we were staying over on our way back to Australia from Europe.
As regular visits to the country we were comfortable with the surroundings and had knowledge of the local transport.
Changi Beach (with pleasant walks) is just across the road.
Our expectations were met and we enjoyed our stay.
I do think the shuttle bus could be better publicised though and it doesn't seem to coordinate with flights as we missed it by 5 minutes and took a taxi.

The hotel was recommended by my cousin due to the convenient location and proximity to the airport. We know Singapore well and chose to stop over on the way to Europe from Australia. We enjoyed a nice stroll along Changi Beach rather than heading off into the city.
