The Lord's Restaurant

The Lord's Restaurant at the Centurion Lake Hotel provides a sumptuous buffet breakfast, a comprehensive a la carte grill lunch menu with specialty carveries, as well as snack and dinner menus. The food served at the Centurion Lake Hotel is a fusion of Mediterranean, German, Italian and South African cuisine. On the outside terraces at the Centurion Lake Hotel, guests can enjoy light meals and snacks overlooking the lake.

Brunos Restaurant, Bar and Deli

The Centurion Lake Hotel recently launched its brand new concept restaurant,  Brunos Restaurant, Bar and Deli, a brand new dining concept offering a delicious menu and a wonderful array of deli delights to hotel guests and visitors alike.

The hotel, which is renowned to be Centurion's favorite business and leisure hotel, is the first of Legacy Hotels & Resorts' hotels to open a Brunos concept restaurant in which the group plans to expand throughout its properties.

The naming is derived from the name of the late Mr Bruno Corte, as an honor to Legacy Hotels & Resorts International's former managing director, renowned as the industry's legend. Bruno formed an integral part of many people's lives with his unbelievable passion for great food and excellent service. The hotel has produced a buffet menu that certainly would have met all his expectations with dishes including chicken rotisserie, stir fry and fresh line fish daily. For dessert, the chef has included the hotel's famous ice-cream and home-made chocolate sauce.

Brunos Restaurant welcomed its first patrons on October 1 and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, seating up to 122 guests. A full English breakfast is available, as well as an interactive lunch and dinner buffet. An a la carte menu will also be available and private functions can be catered here. Brunos also has a selection of exclusive wines available from wine cabinets.
