table set up with ash tray outside our widow,encouraged people to smoke there, so had to have window closed .

Let down because of the poor standard of the room. It made you wonder what else hadn't been cleaned properly. Otherwise good location and ok facilities for the price. There were sticky marks from a cup near the bed. The shower glass was skummy but really bad was the faeces on the toilet cistern. These were told to the reception desk/manager but nothing was done.

The manager was very friendly. The room could've been a wee bit cleaner, but then again, it was really only somewhere to sleep and it wasn't *that* bad (I've seen many a lot worse!).

No lift and cram accomodation for family. lack of clear information on room and hotel condition.

the room was for four persons and had kitchen utilities. however, cutlery, plates etc., were basically just enough for 2 or 3 persons.

I found it difficult to manage carrying my luggage up the stairs. If I had known that I would have to carry suitcases upstairs, I would have booked elsewhere.

not a warm hotel one sheet was very dirty. For the triple room, they only provided two towels. No any cleaning in second day.

The iron and ironing board was located outside and in a windy area - should at least be inside. We got a twin room when we requested a double.

lighting was poor -- neon strip lights and only one bedside lamp in a room sleeping 5. Maintenance of bathroom was poor - shower door kept falling off. Attidue of front desk staff was more like a back packers hostel than a hotel -- far too many sign "do not" signs.

I left 2 expensive sweaters at Double beds for couples would be nice

The checkout guy on the 15 Nov was not polite when answering our questions on bus transport to the airport. Seems to be in a groucy mood. Reflects badly on Sydney people. Windows not working in room 18 despite feedback and was supposed to be fixed. Housekeeping very noisy in morning - affecting sleeping people

having never been to sydney previously, didn't realise hotel was situated in a "down town" area. but hotel suitable for our needs, just needed a base to visit Sydney. accommodation acceptable for the tariff. however, tiles were cracked in the showers

Laundry facilities could be better. Washing machine bad. Nice room, but noise from the street.

Quite well placed for those travelling around although limited cafes etc in immediate vicinity. Rooms adequate, simple, could do with a freshen up but fit for purpose. Would recommend depending on what was required by person seeking advice. Adequate room, a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss, but generally ok.

Room was comfy, but there was no air conditioning

I think I got the last room - although there was a Vacancy sign up while I was there. Very small room. No phone.
