It was difficult to carry two heavy suitcases up four flights of stairs in the absence of a lift. The room was adequate for the purpose.

Before the booking, it was confirmed that we could leave our lugguage there for one day and we will get back and stay one more night. However, they charged us for AUD85.00 (in cash) for storage. I have never been a hotel or motel like that, felt very disappointed and not fair.

Although the sheets were clean, the blankets had a slight odour and stains which put me off. I believe they clearly needed to be washed..

We found it very easily from the Station.Very organised and helpful and the room had all the facilities we needed and was very clean. We recommend Central railway Hotel. Proximity to Central Railway Station is a big advantage. The security issue is well met. The room fronted on a busy street, so it was rather noisy. Carpet was not vacuum cleaned every day.

reception were very uncooperative culminating in theme ringing all 3 rooms at 9am advising checkout at 10 .first time this has happened to us. we had 3 rooms and all the beds were uncomfortable
