Saff were very good and couteous .

The staff were having a social when we arrived and so the service was very poor. When we enquired about where we could get a meal we were again met with indifference. It should not be called "The Central Railway" since it is a taxi ride away from the station and therefore it comes as a big shock to arrive tired in a city at night time to try to find your hotel. It really is too far out from the amenities and you need to be a good walker to get to the CBD. The room was quite comfortable but had no toiletries in the bathroom. To be fair the staff were a little better on the next morning but first impressions are very important. I suppose that if you had a car and knew the city well then it is reasonably priced and reasonably convienient for a business traveller.

Would recommend the hotel to others visiting Sydney Serviced well, clean and comfortable, real joy to stay in for the 4 days
