Good TV. No airconditioning so did not sleep well. Room hot even though windows left open. No bed lamp and no glasses to drink from. No hand towels or faceclothes provided No lift. Had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs. We are old ladies.

Choose this hotel for its reasonable price on new years day (the rest doubled their prices). Proved to be a good choice with bus stop into city nearby.

the owners/staff were very helpful and I would use the hotel again without hessitation good facilities-kettle, microwave and lots of room

We had a triple room - it was comfortable and clean. Good shower facility in the ensuite as well. The location is very good - around 10 minutes' walk from Central Railway which is on all main lines. Felt like a safe area. Owners friendly and kindly allowed us to leave our bags in the foyer for a few hours on the last day. All-in-all a good service and a pleasant stay.

Compared with other overseas destinations we have visited it definitely did not represent value for money. Our stay was 10 nights - the room service consisted of a change of towels daily, bed making and a change of sheets once when requested. The bathroom was not cleaned and the unit not vacumed during our stay.

in a poor part of town, so not really giving a safe feel. Next to a drunks doss house. window next to a drunks safe house, very noisey. No a/c, very hot in summer.

Well run. Front desk was especially helpfull. An asset to the hotel. WAs half of a double set up but was adequate. I appreciate the effort made to provide me with accomodation

Pleasant helpful staff There was a security light right outside the window, so a pull down blind could have darkened the room a bit more at night.
