I had some reservations about this hotel after reading the mixed reviews about it. However my apprehensions were unfounded after checking in at this hotel. The room I stayed in was completely and tastefully refurbished. The room facilities include tea/coffee making facilities, a refrigerator, telephone, a safe, and tv. However my room rate does not include breakfast and internet usage is charged at 5 pounds an hour. The so called thin walls and small bathroom is not a bother to me. Malaysian travellers would be happy to know that the malaysia hall canteen serving inexpensive dishes is just a few doors away.

Overnight stay

We were only staying overnight on the way home to New Zealand. So was extremely dissappointed with the hotel. Front desk staff were impersonal and not very friendly.
The room was poorly cleaned and the lobby and floor area of the entrance into our room was just very dirty and the carpet stained.
If you stay without expectation and it is just a room then you will find value for money.
