We used this hotel for a couple of days after arriving in Brisbane before moving to the gold coast, was a very pleasant room and was so awesome how close it was to the shops in brisbane. Everything was in a short walking distance in a really unique area, loved the area that we were staying in with all its shops and eateries. Thanks for such a good experience

Well, the room was not what I had expected of a Studio Room. It was just a normal hotel room without any sofa or couch. Anyway the location was great, shopping, entertainment and night life and dining was a little walk away. I walked all the way to Eagle street and Riverside wharf to board the City Ferry. Perhaps I should have chosen 1 or 2 bedroom apartment next time. By the way, I left a half bottle of Perfume in my room...can I get it back?

GREAT location, really friendly staff, nice decro and good room size. Bathroom was spacious and had access to washin machine and dyer ect!....THIS PLACE ROCKS AND WE STAY HERE EVERY TIME WE COME TO BRISBANE...I LOVE IT !!!!

I was on the road side and it was very noisy, but besides that, very nice place to stay!

Good value for money and the staff were very helpful. The room was excellent and I appreciated that I did not have to check out until 11am.

It was fine, although trying to organise things via singapore or somewhere was REALLY hard work, we ended up having to pay for a toll call to get hold of someone that worked there. The washing machine smelt, but seemend to work ok, it was a shame there was no dishwasher.

Much too noisy on Saturday night, all night.

The day time staff was wonderful, they helped us in every way they could. At 1:30 in the morning water started dripping from our ceiling. I called the answering service twice. The first time no one answered, the second time, I was asked to wait until morning. We placed towels and trash cans under the major leaks and kept them empty during the night. The next day we were moved to another room. When we asked for a free night, the manager gave us $20 off on a $130 room! Not acceptable.

I like the hotel. The staff is friendly and it is in a good location. I also like having access to a laundry. It is sometimes a problem when you check-in late or leave early in the morning. The room is nice and large and I like having access to some kitchen items.

Very helpful staff. Several excellent places to eat near by. Very well supported facilities.

Located in a busy area with many restaurants nearby. Good fopr eating but noisy although most nights they are are not busy after 12.00 midnight. Hotel rooms are really quite small so another time I would upgrade to a larger room. Suggest that Holiday City should recommend upgrading
