Lake View Hotel Rooms have magnificent views of Lake Te Anau, with bedding either 2xqueen beds or 1xsuperking bed. Garden View Hotel Rooms are located in main hotel complex with either twin, double or queen beds. Garden Villa Rooms are situated on ground floor and have queen bed and lounge area with two single beds. Garden Villa Suites are also situated on ground floor, with queen bed and two single beds in the lounge, and also have fully equipped kitchen. Deluxe Garden Villa Suites have king size bed in the bedroom, full kitchen, and lounge with open fireplace. Deluxe Lake View Hotel Suites have king size bed in the bedroom and generous size separate lounge.

Billed in guide books as "luxurious" this is clearly short of the mark and consequently disappointing. It is a motel which has seen better days. In gross need of refurbishing.
