The staff were great and our room was very large and clean. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

Without any hassle, they provided a room that had two doubles beds free of charge - now that's service! We also had a few drinks at the bar there - excellent service, and the bar person was very friendly. Top spot along the river!

It was a bit hard to find as Oxford Terrace has many separate "bits" to it - we knew it was on the river so just kept making our way back in that direction but it took a while and this is frustrating when you are a tired stranger to town. Very comfortable big room and older but well appointed bathroom. Good restaurant, access to room service and generous cheap "bar snacks" such as fish and chips and pizzas gave a range of options to avoid walking back into the city on arrival.

The location, a quiet area within easy walking distance to the city, hotel facilities and staff were all excellent and we will have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
