The Hotel Causeway was perfect for its convenience for shopping, sightseeing and theatres. We saw "Wicked" on the Saturday night, which we could walk to. The restaurants at "The Block" were fantastic and also within a minutes walk. Our bedroom was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Breakfast in the morning was simple, yet just what we needed to start our day. The danish's were great! Last but not least, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Whether it was asking which trams to catch, to helping us with luggage, or ringing for transfers, they did it with a smile. We would thoroughly recommend staying at The Hotel Causeway and have already thought about returning next year!

The breakfast that was included with our room was also very good.

Only small problem, we had to ask for tea bags, (ordinary).

Room safe did not work for 3 out of the 4 days, grouting in bathroom tiles needs replacing.
